Eye Rolling Exercise
About This Exercise
Eye rolling exercises help reduce tension in the eye muscles and improve circulation. This gentle movement can relieve strain and refresh tired eyes.
Instructions

Sit comfortably
Find a comfortable seated position with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.

Look up
Without moving your head, look up toward the ceiling as far as comfortable.

Roll clockwise
Slowly roll your eyes in a clockwise circle. Complete 5 full rotations.

Roll counterclockwise
Now roll your eyes in a counterclockwise circle. Complete 5 full rotations.

Rest
Close your eyes and rest for a few seconds before repeating if desired.
Important Notes
- • Move slowly and smoothly - don't rush the movements
- • Keep your head still throughout the exercise
- • Stop if you feel dizzy or experience discomfort
- • This exercise is best done 2-3 times per day
- • Can be combined with other eye exercises for maximum benefit
